With or without any cloth? Check out Andrew Mayne's material, read good reviews on his recent levitation DVDs.... teaches you variations you can perform on the stage and on the street. (Y)
Honestly, Levitation isn't a street effect. yes there are products that have been marketed as such, but really this is a stage grand illusion.
Sort of... the whole tippy-toe gag was and has always been a Parlor gag, even Balducci saw it as a bit of silliness, I'm certain he's bent over in hysterics when it comes to how so many have turned his thinking into a key part of their focus.
Yes, there are few other variations that go beyond the original "improvisational levitation" but most of them simply don't work as well in the real world vs. TV. . . not that any of the currently fashionable TV magicians would use stooges and editing to make you think his version is anything other than what is claimed, or anything like that.
