Same effect different method.
You should be used to this by now. Its been happening for decades.
This is so crazy how people can make effects that are so similar and even though that methods may not be the same, but seriously how different can it be???....i'm really beleive that this organization known as the "magic circle" is really a bunch of garbage......
thats why i walk alone.......and take what magicians say with a grain of salt.....
Liquify looks slightly less gimmicked completely submerged, but really, its so similar to water mark. When it comes down to it, I'm only looking at the price tag.
