Loops: Floating Sponge Ball

I've been using loops for quite a while now, but I can't figure out how you can make a sponge ball levitate.

Does anyone know where I can find a source to learn the correct loop grip in order to do that ?

Oh yeah, from watching that and knowing what loops are, I thought it was slightly obvious in how he did it. I am sure there are Loop instructions which include this. Hummm, does make it harder than I thought now

It's just that I use loops all the time to do a bunch of things but I've never succeded in using sponge balls...
