well here are some suggestions, at your price range you should be able to pick up a few of them that are your favorites.
5speed- kenner here at T11
very hard hitting and a great mult-phase little trick that isn't too hard and overall a great effect
Pixel- the new effect sold over at Dan and Dave's site.
amazing impromptu effect that is just great. really makes an impression and for the price this is one your definitely wanna pick up.
Election- kenner T11
another one of kenner's great takes on a classic trick. this one is more of a table trick but again, if presented right can be really great. although it does require some basic card knowledge
Ishkabbible Sandwich-Eric Jones T11
a highly visual sandwich effect that is not only a good trick but also a great little resource to get some good help on the Lennart Green Top Shot.
Blueprint-Kenner T11
a decent little trick. not one of my favorites but that is more because of style than the trick having any faults. If it suits you the teaching is great and its a nice little trick
Shifty- Kenner T11
amazing trick. cannot say enough about this one. very visual very practical and useful. this is one of those things i find myself using almost daily
Sloppy Shuffle triumph-kenner T11
same as before, amazing trick, when someone hands me a deck and asks to see something off the cuff this is what i do. cant beat this one
if your looking for some coin stuff also check out
3Fry
Hellbound SpellBound and
Unicoin
all of these are great little tricks found here by Chris Kenner and they all are amazing additions, i especially like 3 fry and Hellbound and use them often although i learned them from Kenner's Book Totally out of Control but i believe that costs more than 25 sorry.
you could also slide over to Genii' or Wayne Houchin's site and pick up last months magazine. This has several effect in it many of which are from Wayne's latest release Art of Magic.
out of all these suggestions, which you should look at and decide whats your style, my favorites are as follows
Shifty, Sloppy Shuffle, 5speed and Pixel. hope this helped.... also consider just saving the money and saving up for something more expensive such as Totally out of Control, or any of the larger things such as books or dvd's.
[edit] look above, i forgot about Pressure, another great trick that plays great with crowds and is universally applicable as everyone these days carries a cell phone.
