Anyone really looking into getting good at palming and different techniques should look at this. Scroll down to the On Palming DVD.
But this 1 on 1 looks like a great place to start.

Ahh, excellent. This is one of those things where I think, "I can palm. I'm reasonably confident in a variety of palms. ...But I could probably learn something that'll improve my palm a LOT from this anyway."

I love the Joe Berg palm, incidentally.
