If you have ever purchased anything from penguin magic you've seen the discussion tab. I really like it, however Does anyone actually use it? I use it to post my alternative routines to tricks.Like my 2 card french kiss effect using Tornado cards By Justin Flom and Rick lax, but it seems like no one ever uses it.

I would like to post some of effects with loops, and how to do them, and this will be the perfect place. That begs the question, Why? I'm just asking. for those who buy things on penguin, why they do not check that tab? I got the Idea when i posted something on 2017 Penguin LIVE Holiday Spectacular hosted by Scott Alexander, called Make-a-snake by Kenner toys. I thought it was an okay convincer for one of the tricks taught.

I just feel like this could be the next step into interactive teaching. It may not be though. It may be waste of time. I just want to hear everyone's thoughts.

I personally use it and try to reply on there as much as I can. I think it's a good system, just severely underutilized since you have a big range of people on Penguin. When I was at a magic dealers convention in Colon, Michigan I learned that a lot of the people there (nearly 95% of them were 55+) had heard or bought off of Penguin Magic but hadn't heard of sites like Theory11 or Ellusionist. It was an interesting discovery and the more I questioned the more I realized they just use the site to order items and don't really interact with the website in any other way.

I personally really like the private discussion tab. It's like a private Reddit forum where you don't have to worry about exposure. I just don't think the age demographic it appeals to really knows about it.
