Physical obstacles in magic?

Right now, I can't really do magic or cardistry because one of my fingers stings and hurts pretty much. I was at costco and ate a hot dog with lots of ketchup. When I returned to the car to play with my cards there was some "ketchup" on my fingers and went onto the cards. I cleaned it but then out of no where more "ketchup" arrived. I found out later that it was blood.

Have you guys experienced physical obstacles that can't let you do magic or cardistry for a certain period of time?

I currently have an Achilles tendon injury and I can not do street magic.

I hate it, it is the worst wrist/hand pain i ever had.

I play the acoustic bass a lot so that means that my index finger is usually all bruised up. Yep, it hurts a lot.

ouch, you messed that up? i don't even want to see what happened.

Yeah. Back when I was still learning it I took one wrong across my knuckles and couldn't do much with that hand for a few days.
