about the first lecture at ted i must say that it was very unfocus lecture , i felt he is going back and foward the same subject ireally felt that he can explain something but he just didnt.
magicians are the worst critic to themself, we are artists telling a story and passing emotions with a pen made out of our fingers and body languge and words , if he cant create a true illusion and he doesnt have a messege to pass on like many magicians go ahead and be a move monkey doing flourish on youtube and preforming mental \ comedy magic for fun and dont think about the illusion in your audience mind think on them having fun and its good because this is what make pepole happy.
i dont think that artists like rene lavane, armando lucero or ricky jay feel bad for being magicians and saying that they dont truly amaze people is a lie.. when i listen to a piano piece i am amazed, i am sure that the musician is not but he is creating my illusion and i will create his when my time and palce will come..
listening to a magician Croixing himself is a mistake for any magicians. this is not inspireing in any way i will go now and watch the mastro by rene to forget this lecture..
