I have a buddy of mine who purposely carries two svengali decks with him which both have blue backs so when he does an effect and then puts them away the spectator will usually ask him what would happen had they chose a different card. He then pulls out the other svengali and goes through an ambitious or the exact same effect he just did and now it works with "another card". It is pretty funny actually.
BTW I only use standard bikes for performances
Custom decks are just for me playing around or hanging out for my own eye candy I guess. After getting asked over and over if the custom decks were standard I gave up and only use bikes.
