Where can i find the best version of the Needle Swallow?

I am looking for a good, solid, VERY simple version of the classic needle swallow, and i was just wondering where i can find the best method in all your opinions. the trick will most likely be preformed by someone with very little magic experiance outside of a few minor techniques, so the simpler the better, but please include methods of a more advanced nature for someone of a slightly higher caliber of skil

I cannot give a personal opinion, but I hear Confessions of a Needle Swallower by Steve Spill is excellent.
