One of my favorites is a simple double undercut followed by some false cuts. I don't like to make things too complicated.
When I feel like it, though, I love to use my own Shooting Star Control as published in MAGIC Magazine.

My DPS variation (DPS to the top)
Double Undercut
Pass
Overhand Shuffle
Cherry Control!
Side Steal

I'm comfortable with all these and I can't really say which one is my go-to. It's however I feel at the moment.

I'd have to say maybe...just maybe I use The Cherry Control/Side Steal/Pass the most

I use numerous. A shift, like the classic shift or Herrmann shift for a top control, the cull for a bottom control, and a jog shuffle to control to a specific other position in the deck.

Otherwise, if I want it lost but under control, I'll use a floating key... there's also a great key card placement in Roberto Giobbi's new Secret Agenda.
