You have to be very careful with removing the DST or you will tear the bill. There are some tips online and products you can order to easily remove off the glue if it's really stuck to the bill.

Yes it should work for all skin colors because the gimmick shouldn't be seen by spectators. Your hand makes the shape of a tarantula which hides the gimmick.

I think if you put it in your carry on bag you would be fine.

I haven't read any books that specialize in IT so I'm not sure if there are any out there. RealityOne could probably point you in that direction if you are looking specifically for books.

For the Marketplace you have to shoot all the footage, do all the editing, and do all the promotion work yourself. To get on the main page, sometimes Theory11 will produce it and other times they will put on products like Double Cross and Revolution that already had been produced.

There is a really cool effect called Perfect Time by CW where a spectator can take your watch and examine it. Then the performer can make a prediction on the watch and have two other spectators select a time and the prediction on the watch will match their free selection.

Ah that it isn't too big of an issue and is an easy fix. He probably just didn't position it right. There needs to plenty of slack given for the card to rest and gravity will prevent that issue from happening.
