    Top Change

David Williamson has one of if not the nicest top change I have ever seen. The on demand at Dan and Dave is very very good.

    The Thought For the Day...

Best advice for people starting out. When i was starting to perform corprate gigs I was put on by someone who had to turn down a gig. When I was told how much they were paying him and they like my show better I knew exactly what I was worth.

Help with Choosing a Good Control to Learn

The ones I use the most Cull (it is so versatile one care or multiple if I want to control the selection to the top I use the stream line control.) Classic Pass with a slight shift of your body it is invisible. Dribble pass is a little more angle friendly. Over hand shuffle control and Riffle...

Mentalism w/ none or barely any props.

Modern Mentalism has some nice things on it. I would recommend some good billet work and you could make a whole career with just a billet switch.

    Forcing a Letter

Most mentalism is 100% in method however mentalists fish for information that is not written to heighten their performances

    Forcing a Letter

Firstly if it is a psychological force then it is usually a hard constant towards the end but not the last letter. Do you need to force the letter or just need to know the one they are thinking of. Either way banachek PS 1 is your best friend for this.

    Vibrator Device

Enzo how old are you? This is a serious question, because in James Biss' book Mind Blowing there is exactly what you want but you need to be 18 or older.

    Controlling a Card

I have no problems with controlling the card using some form of palm. I personally do not use it for the sole reason I have so many other controls that don't need it that look fairer and have better angles.

The Act Series - Mick Ayers (the first four acts.)

It is a tough question there David. Would you benefit from this book than the answer is yes, do I believe that you could pull off the whole act honestly I do not believe you could just yet. You have to remember that this is a 60 minute act, and now I don't believe that you could hold the...

    The Art of the Con

If you were going to produce it yourself you would not need to make two copies. You could easily Gaff the book and sell the gaft book to everyone.

The Act Series - Mick Ayers (the first four acts.)

The two tricks that use the stack are not stack dependent, any stack would do. I would recommend the other books over Noetic License if you don't want to learn the stack. The OOTW is nice but its not for everyone. I would still recommend S'Lie as it is head and shoulders above the other...

The Act Series - Mick Ayers (the first four acts.)

This is my favourite act hands down, there are four effects that I could definitely see myself using and the others are nice, one is a presentation of a standard peak and the other is a very clever use of Joker as almost a book test. Of the other four effects two are nice and defiantly build on...

The Act Series - Mick Ayers (the first four acts.)

Basically Mick as a ridiculous performing contract in which he performs more than anyone, and the strength of his performances ensures that he has kept this contract for many years. What is truly amazing is that Mick writes his retired acts up for the community to use as they see fit. Whilst...

Combining Mentalism and Sleight Of Hand...

There are many examples especially in mentalism where the method is real. The advantages of using effects of this nature is there is nothing to be caught out on.
