What windows are you using? I know on my laptop that uses Windows XP, it doesn't play. Right now I'm on my sister's computer that uses Windows Vista and the videos play. I'm not sure why that's like that but that's all I know so far.

Just be patient. I haven't personally bought anything off his website but one of my best friends that lives down the street from me bought something from his website and he got worried that it hadn't come in after a week. It took about 2, 2 and a half weeks to get it. So just be patient.
