Angles are actually a lot better than some people may think. If you position your hands correctly and hold it the way ricky smith holds it, then your only bad angles would be directly above you and to your far right. -Kevin

Put yourself in long distance spinner position. Aim at your face and try to shoot all of the cards into your mouth. Eventually you will mess up and hit yourself in the eye. :) Once you have a good eye cut you can show all of your spectators and get great reactions! -Kevin

Viper, You can palm it off the deck, then put it into the front palm position of the back palm, (a back palm just on the other side of the hand.) then reverse it to the backside of your hand. You would basically use the same method as showing both sides of your hand empty with a back palm...

Okay, here's an attempt to answer your question directly. The actual effect cannot use the same borrowed quarter. A gimmicked one is needed. But like said before, if you know a few basic coin sleights, you should be able to make the spectator think that you're using their quarter. -Kevin
