    Favorite Book Tricks

From books ehhh? 1. Twin Peeks - Chris Kenner: Totally Out of Control 2. Here, There and Everywhere - Aaron Fisher: The Paper Engine For tricks that's all I can think of at the moment as they're my favourite to perform. With regards to sleights: 1. Clap Production - Earnest Earick...

Prophet does seem like a bit of a strange name for me if it's a bill change... Sounds more like a mentalism effect to me... - Sean

Two Card Monte and Daniel Garcia

Oh, please don't do that!!! (>_<) PLEASE: I urge anyone who is wanting to learn tricks, DO NOT REVERSE ENGINEER PERFORMANCES ON YOUTUBE!!! It's unethical. It's frowned upon by other magicians and in the long run you'll want help from them. You won't get everything out of it that you...

Two Card Monte and Daniel Garcia

'Daniel Madison' has a pretty sweet 2 card monte called Monte sonata found in his ONE - Notes. It's VERY visual and really quite simple to perform, because of this it also opens up for you to play around with your presentational aspects :) Also, I'm unsure as to your second question but I...

I don't know why a lot of people keep saying you need 4 or 5 cards to make the gimmick  I used 2 and it worked just fine. The one thing I don't like about the method is how long it originally takes to tear up the card because it has to be quite precise --granted not a huge factor...

    Control by Wayne Houchin

I bought this today, promising myself I wouldn't throw anything at Wayne. ... I failed. I threw a whole deck of League Backs at him, then I laughed a little - this method of stopping your pulse is ingenious. - Sean

Each to their own I guess, all I would say is that, yes it isn't the same card - BUT they visually get to see the back of the card restored, you make a point of the fact that it's been restored, that's one; THEN you go one step further and change the card two climaxes if you will - Sure not...

    My Super Easy Triumph

Well personally I think it'd be a great triumph effect for those card magicians who are making good progress into the world of 'impromptu' no set up card magic and want an easy and simple triumph. I'd love to learn the full routine as would anyone who wants to know the little nuances etc. I'd...

    Spectator does the magic...

Read your mind ;) Long distance yo'. I guess, there are a LOT of effects where you can have (or at least make it seem to) the magic happen in the spectators hands. An example I might use, whilst doesn't happen in their hands they DO choose the cards. Derren Brown's Oil and Water routine -...

    My Super Easy Triumph

Fastest Trick in the World - I'm assuming you're talking about the one from Crash Course 1? That's not a triumph routine per se. If this guy has a routine which involves the cards being shuffled face-up into face-down and then righting themselves to 'normality' except for the spectators card...

    My Super Easy Triumph

It's called a Zarrow Shuffle :) You'd be wise to edit that or there'll be uproar - trust me. It sounds interesting enough, you'll find that with anything you come up with on your own probably has been played around with before - it's inevitable really, think how long magic has been going on...

It's workable, I haven't tried it as of yet, but so far I can think of two ways. One is easier, the second is probably going to look a little better but eh... I'll explain, once you have the product if you like. - Sean

To the spectator you will be giving them their card. :) The misdirection for the switch is built in to the routine given so you won't need to work that out on your own. Obviously you can pick and choose bits from the routine, but if you have your own thing planned that's super cool. - Sean
