No, i think burns like that need the skin to breath, a band aid wouldn't heal it. Going a pool would make it better due to the chlorine, but it might burn. Anyway, I would practice on the 1 handed cuts/shuffles for now. Also check out some stuff on Rene Levand.

It sounds familiar. I think we had a SNC like this. The theme was to challenge yourself and do something out of the ordinary to leave your comfort zone or something. Many people learned flourishes, coin magic, and other stuff they normally wouldn't.

Do you own Royal Road? If I can recall, there's a good card at any number in there. I don't know how it compares to others though. As to changing the colors on guardians, I'm not sure that's gonna happen. I would like it if they made the backs darker though. So I would think red hot mama...
