It looks to me like the Clip Shift created by Chad Nelson (though a bit noisy), used by the Bucks in the performance of the Queens trick on the Trilogy. Out of respect for Chad, you might want to pull the video since the move is unpublished...
Huron,
Is the 2nd DVD going to be available on Thursday as well? Also, is there any chance that you might sell each trick individually; perhaps as downloads or something?
Are you talking about the T&R that he does in the link that Mathieu posted? If so, that is Guy Hollingworth's Reformation; it even says that in the description...
Jim,
It was confirmed by Bayme in another thread. Here is what he said:
"The kicker ending is what seals the deal and knocks the socks off of anyone watching. When I saw it, I had to do a double take. I'd encourage withholding judgment until you see it and how fair and clean it all is...
No offense Allan, but that sounds a bit childish. I mean, what's your goal in making the videos in the first place? Are they for the enjoyment of others, or is it about having your ego stroked by the number of comments you can get?
I hope I'm wrong, but it just seems like the attitude...
Two of the best routines that I have seen are those of Derren Brown and Guy Hollingworth. Derren's can be learned from his Devil's Picture Book DVD set; and Guy's can be learned from his book Drawing Room Deceptions.
You could try the VLC Player, though I've heard it can be kind of buggy at times. But it should allow you to do the same kind of thing as the KM Player in terms of being able to rotate the video image.
For anyone working through the System: you may want to download a free media player called the KM Player. This allows you to mirror the video, essentially giving you an over-the-shoulder view. VERY helpful when trying to learn from the System.
Jordan,
I completely understand where you are coming from, but it's a lot easier to say "I hope it's never released" when you already know how to do it yourself... :D
You could use something like this for the last vanish; it's not one-handed, but it is very visual, and looks better than the method they taught on the Trilogy IMO. It's similar to the Revolution Change taught on David Forrest's Trickery DVD set.
Just to respond to one aspect of your essay, people don't share new things because of two basic reasons: pride and money.
Pride comes in when people start feeling good about themselves because "they know something that you don't know", and the fact that you want to know it boosts their ego...
