ANACONDA DVD REVIEW - Not what you think...

Wasn't this taught for FREE on the handlordz site? Why would anybody pay 20-30 bucks for something that you could get for FREE on a LEGIT site. I just don't understand some people on this forum.

The fallacy of the bottom deal...

Wrong, Wrong and wrong. If you dealing seconds and know how to do it decently. Then you obviously know the order of the stack. It takes a lot of skill to actually have a GOOD bottom or 2nd Deal. You have to have good timing and rhythm.

    Strongest Mentalism Effects?

The Butterfly will most likely last you a very very very long time. All you'll really need to replace is the Mead Note books that it is usually made for.

    Strongest Mentalism Effects?

Mind Reading: Perfected Center Tear, Acidus Novus, just about any GOOD Billet Switch or Peak. Predictions: Hey guess what, you can do a prediction with a Billet Switch as well. Metal bending: Osterlinds Spoon bending and Banacheks metal bending. Actually for Impression Devices I...

    Ahh! Too many people!

Maybe he needs to learn how to stop being a doormat than. If you keep saying "Yes" to every request, they will simply walk all over you and you will have no control over your life or career if you want one. You need to learn to put your foot down. It's really not that hard. "Maybe some time...

    Ahh! Too many people!

Less is more. Make them want it and make it less of an ordinary thing. Treat it like Christmas. If Christmas came every day, it would suck and end up being boring. But sense it comes once a year. it tends to be more of a joyous thing.

    Top 5 Impromptu Card Tricks?

Literally anything that doesn't involve a gimmick. You could set up for an ace cutting routine in front of people and they wouldn't be the wiser if you have a good Cull. Hell you could use that to set up for LITERALLY anything if you're good at it.

Criss Angel - Magician or Manipulator?

I heard the stage show was bad for other reasons. Him interrupting the show to yell at Perez Hilton for no reason. His props malfunctioning. Which is something I can see happening to somebody who doesn't have a Vegas show. Also because people go to see MAGIC, not the freaking circus.

    Brian Tudor Is The Man

Yeah he didn't like making extra cash for his DVD's that sold. I mean who in their right mind would like to make extra money. I'll tell you who. Sell Outs. *This post was in total sarcasm.*

    Brian Tudor Is The Man

No it's still a cop-out. If people are willing to put down the 30-60 bucks for your DVD, then you better put the effort into teaching the material properly. It's really not that hard to do either. If he doesn't want to teach his stuff properly then that's fine. Just don't put out any DVD's at...

    Brian Tudor Is The Man

That's what we call a "Cop-out" or an "excuse." Not a very good one either.

    Brian Tudor Is The Man

Yeah I heard his teaching is just god awful. Which is a bit sad, because if you want people to learn your stuff, you have to put some effort into it. Hell it shouldn't even be THAT hard to properly explain how to do something. I don't know anything neat or cool about somebody trying to...

    Brian Tudor Is The Man

He's not really that talented. He tries too hard to come up with many ways to "fool" or "Out smart" hecklers. Which just goes to show how often he probably does get heckled. Also I find his attitude and style just stupid.

    Magic or Mentalism

Mentalism due to how Impromptu it can get. All you need a Piece of paper and you are set to do any peak or tear or switch you want. Hell if you've read things like PS2 or Naked Mentalism, you are pretty much set from the get go to pull off a ton of miracles.

    A $1000 Dollar Routine

Paul has a ton of creative effects. I've heard things about his card effect that is essentially like a Mentalist version of Do as I Do. It's also pretty cheap ( I think around 30 bucks for the PDF)

    Psychological Forces

You really shouldn't be afraid of Failure. It makes you look more human and people tend to enjoy that more than the guy who ALWAYS get's it right and ends up looking like a Marty Stu. Plus it adds to the suspense and you pretty much learn from it. You know the old saying "Failure is the Key...

Make the best of your DVDs

Past Midnight isn't exactly that great of a DVD set. It's OK and a lot of the effects are just rehash's of other peoples work and not in a good way. Also the teaching can be kind of lame at times. I have a ton of DVD's and yet have only really performed the stuff I have from Bill malone, but...

    $190 to Spend.

None of the above.. Why would you spend 190 bucks of different cards? That's just silly. Buy a 12 pack of regular bikes and then spend the rest on whatever else you want. I'm not really going to suggest anything else because I doubt you'd listen to it. But seriously dude, 190 bucks for cards?

    Magic as a Hobby

90% of anybody usually starts out as a Hobbiest. Some keep at it, and some decide that "If you're good at something, never do it for free."
