    Erdnase?

The book isn't expensive, mine was maybe ten bucks. It's considered a good book not only because it is but because it is a classic. Like Romeo and Juliet. I don't care for it and I know many others that don't either, but it is still highly regarded because it is a classic. I personally think it...

    Being Fooled By A Beginner

I have been fooled in magic but not by beginners or lay-men. When I am performing people want to also "show a trick," hop in the stage light, to also try to impress other people but they never do. The only time recently that I have been seriously fooled is by a british magician on youtube. Every...

    Erdnase?

I agree, it is a great book and you don't know how good it is until you flip through it. It has great ideas and it is very worth the purchase.

    When Are You Being Creative?

When I am creative I don't show anyone for months until after I have created it. If I am going to put my name on something that I created it has to be perfect, I always make sure that it is original all through. I am also annoyed be people that will make variations of the same thing that others...

    Flame tip trick.

This is called the flesh torch, though it is known under very many more names. It can only be accomplished using aZippo and can be dangerous if not performed properly (needless to say) I don't want to say anymore to avoid revealing but if you search around a bit you will find it.

Revealing a trick as part of a magic routine.

As I read the title to this the first thing that popped into my head was Penn and Teller, often if they reveal a trick it isn't for the sake of revealing. Lots of people are just as astounded by the method as much as the effect. For example they did a show where they lit a cigarette, sntomped it...

    Beginner Hypnotist Question...?

...umm, you should be asleep right now, I have no mentalism background so I am no help, I'm a card man, though I am looking towards mentalism (if you don't mind me asking, if you do I will absolutely remove this) what mentalism things would you suggest to someone that is just starting, literally...

    Beginner Hypnotist Question...?

Practice on family members and friends, I have several friends I practice magic on so that if I do mess up I know they won't disclose anything that shouldn't be. And if you do mess up during a performance, who cares, just be honest and say, hey I messed up. Best of luck
