I think that when the time comes to appoint mods they should have a chance for everyone to apply, and have the members vote on who they think should get the position, with the Admin geting the final word.

I just purchased this trick, along with some Guardian decks this afternoon. I'll let everyone know if it's gimmicked, can be sinpected, if you can use a borrowed deck and all of that as soon as I get it.
