I have a few different methods for ACAAN/CAAN effects however a nice one that I am very very fond of is Patrick Redfords one. The impromptu one as the spectator can deal the cards and there is only one real move.

This version is quite nice however there is a hell of a lot going on behind the scenes that you do not see, making it not as performable as it appears to be. Dont get me wrong it is still an amazing method but you have to be prepared to perform it, and it is more elaborate than a stacked deck...
