Yes, I have :) For about 3 years. However, I find that each spectator is different, and each needs a different type of performance. I may have studied acting, but I've also studied improv, and I find the latter to be much more useful when it comes to magic.

I use the french drop as well. People say that everyone knows it, but I've never been caught

You can use the pinky, especially if it feels comfortable to you. What must be kept in mind though is that the pinky could attract a lot of attention, but you say it looks the same, so I see no need to change.

Both could use some work, but it's good that you've shown us so that you can get feedback

I find that performances shouldn't be too planned. Then it feels as though you have to follow a set script instead of actually performing and interacting with your audience, as though they are people, not subjects :)

It does sound good. But I think levitation effects are too much overkill for my style of performance :)
