That sounds a bit extreme if you ask me. there's a few more subtle ways in order to see if someone broke into your room. putting tape all over seems a bit drastic.

You have to remind yourself that even though you're a great performer, if a heckler wants to mess your magic up, he will. Depends on How determined he is. I once performed randomly for two ghetto guys who were quite aggressive when it comes to magic. They heckled like mad, but i carried on...

Couldnt you just be happy with a Double DL? Also- the part where you cut off somewhere towards the end killed it for me.

Hypnosis and medicine. Yeah right.. You can gain a deeper insight onto 'Hypnosis' just by picking up Derren brown's book. Medicinal purposes- sure. Only the 'placebo' side of it, but not in its entirety.

Yeah, having small hands makes this flourish ten times harder. It kinda annoys me how S+S just does this as if its nothing. Haha! Just keep at it man, slug it out. We'll get there.

Dan did say 90% of the time the gimmick will be unharmed. that's good enough for me. If worst comes to worst, i can always palm a new gimmicked card off (or whatever the gimmick actually is) onto the deck. Come on guys. be creative.
