It's true, you are risking frostbite. Then again, if you're careful you'll be fine. It's like fire (or even flash paper)...if you mess around with it carelessly, you'll get burned. However, if you handle it with care, you should be fine.

Isn't that what E charges for their regular custom deck uncut sheets? I'm guessing gaffed deck uncut sheets, given their extremely limited release (as in, not released for sale, only through rare promotions), would fetch a far higher price. Either way, I think uncut sheets look great...and...

If you can find two markers that have similar ink cartridges, then you can take one from, say, the dry erase marker and put it in a regular marker, so they match (or vice versa). Not saying it'll guaranteed work, or what brands use similar sized ink cartridges, but it's something to play...

I'm not sure how it works in the US, but an acceptable form of Canadian ID is the new driver's licenses we have here (because they have a lot of upgraded security features). They may have something like that in the US--I know there's more than one way to cross the Canadian/US border, so try...

I'm pretty sure you have to win a contest in order to get most uncut gaff sheets. Or, look for them on the secondary market (i.e., ebay), as they'll occasionally show up there (but they likely won't be cheap). Good luck on your search! :)

Legally, you're fine. The sleights and effects are not copyrighted, or anything like that. As long as you don't treat the book as a word-for-word script, there's nothing to worry about legally. Ethically, the author (if still alive) may take offense you to releasing their book in video...

That really does suck. :( I know the feeling...I've wrote out long posts (for an online class, where our contributions are graded) before, and had computer or internet problems that caused them to be lost. Not a fun experience. Ever since that class, I've always wrote out long answers in Word...
