rD Bulletin : New Release -The Tenkai Steal

I had a similar idea for the top control, although I never really used it since there are much more practical controls, and if you need to hold on to the card while the spectator is shuffling the deck, tenkai palm is a poor choice. As for the colour changes, I saw some of them already in the...

Gambling: Keeping the full deck order.

I don't have much experience with cheating, but if anyone's looking for good table shuffles and cuts (aside from the Zarrow shuffle) , they should definitely check out Benjamin Earl's After Midnight DVD 2.

Your personal top five effects for Street Magic

ACR, Biddle trick, card to pocket effect, Stairway, Crazy man's handcuffs, band linking routine and anything else that is completely impromptu and requires only sleight of hand.

    Playing cards related to calendar?

I believe that sum of letters is just a coincidence because the number is, as far as I can tell, pretty similar in all languages (it's 53 in Croatian, for example).

    Hello Theory11 Community

To answer that question about "freestyle" cardistry: Although you won't find competitions on the internet regarding "freestyle" cardistry, and although all flourishes you see will be skillfully designed by some crazy manipulators, this "freestyle", as you call it is a part of my flourish...

    Your go-to control?

Invisible pass is perfect for those situations. If my hands are being burned I can pull out the orbit control and I also somethimes just out-jog the selection and steal it with tenkai.

    {Homework} - first cardistry video

I advise you to enter the contest because most guys there aren't in cardistry much longer than you are (and if they are, they suck). You've come a long way in this 8 months, just keep up the good work! Oh, and btw, practice your preqel a lot.

    Beginner Flourishes

Genesis, Werm, Charlier cut, revolutio cut, scissor cut, thumb cut... I would advise you to perfect as many one-hand cuts as possible, because it will make learning a lot of complex flourishes easier. After you feel comfortable doing these cuts and some other smaller flourishes I think you...

    Your Pandora

So, I was wondering how many of you do the first phase of Pandora exactly like it was taught on The Trilogy? I specifically aim at the part between peeling of the card from the centre packet with a thumb (after the tornado cut) and ending in z-grip. A lot of guys skip that part that kind of...

    In Practicing??

I would suggest you learning the mechanics of Preqel (which has pretty simple mechanics) and Pandora and then practice them simultaneously until you're satisfied. J5 should be learned separately because of it's complexity.
