I have the exact same problem as you. I'm looking into a Jay Sankey DVD called, "No Card Tricks." I recently picked up Wayne Houchin's "Art of Magic" which does have cards but also has two none-card effects. (Match Bite and Ring+String Mystery)

I agree with what you're saying here. If you want to hear more things about this in detail you should check out Wayne's new "Art of Magic" DVD. I got it today and it has about ten minutes of David Regal and Aaron Fisher talking about this very subject.

There's been a huge amount of custom decks on sale in the last few years. I want to hear your guys' opinions on them.

Well, I'm going to perform a routine with the Fan Control (Joel Paschall) Classic Color Change (Jonothan Bayme) and the Bluff Pass (Wayne Houchin). I'm also going to use Shapeshifter. Is that ok?
