Which is the best PK ring out there?

I use a silver one, and I absolutely love it! I haven't used any other, but the Wizard G2 does the trick for me anyway, so I really have no reason to try any others out (yet...if the G2 ever fails me, i.e., breaks, I'll be more open to trying a new ring, heh). It's been great so far, though. :)

Neato! Thanks for the link. :)

Is this a good excuse for NOT palming?

In order to close up your windows, you may want to try using elastics to hold your fingers together. Over time, your muscles would eventually get used to being where the elastics force them to be (right beside your other fingers), and voila! No more windows! Or, as others have mentioned...

    Masked Magician

If you type "Masked Magician" in the search bar on Wikipedia, you'll get all the answers you need. Another solution is using the search feature here on the forum, as him and his show have been discussed many times in numerous threads already. :)

Anyone know where to learn methods for this effect?

I'm pleasantly surprised at the lack of direct exposure in this thread. :) To help get the creative juices flowing, I'd like to add that you can do this with a regular deck and a double backed card. I won't go into details, but that should help you get creating on your own. It may not be a...

SNC Roundtable Discussion : Jason England - The Center

To anyone who hasn't given this roundtable discussion a listen, well, I would suggest you take the time to hear what Jason England has to say. He gives some great advice, some of which could actually be applied to more than just gambling routines. It's always nice to hear the opinions of the top...

Here's a Fun thing to think about...

All I would want is some paper (separate sheets and/or a pad of paper in notebook form), envelopes, a sharpie, and maybe a deck of cards. Ohh, also a cheap novel. That's what I can think of off the top of my head, which would work for quite a few effects. :) Edit: Oh, and index cards.

    Karnival Midnights

Then why not post in the other thread, bringing it to the first page (even though it was only on the second page)? Making a new one is completely unnecessary.

New 1-on-1 Release - The Center Deal with Jason England

It's Jason England's hybrid of the Allen Kennedy deal and the Jim Cooper deal. :) (sorry if I misspelled their names) Edit: I'd also like to add that he doesn't teach the complete mechanics of each of those center deals, but rather the components from them that he uses for his center deal...

    Karnival Midnights

Yeah, the concept of time and ages definitely makes it weird, because there's a good chance you're older than me (assuming you're in your late twenties or thirties)...:P But yeah, the main thing I was trying to say is we should get back on topic...Rabid is more than allowed to have his...

    Karnival Midnights

First of all, keep the bickering to a minimum, children...let's stay on topic--Karnival Midnights are the topic of discussion here. Secondly, you'll find everything I have to say in this topic, which is the exact same as this one, except started earlier. Search button, people!

    Great find today!

While I don't know if they sell decks with Aristocrat stock in particular, I do know that my local dollar store sells used casino decks (I assumed it was Bee stock). I'll have to take another look, I suppose. Also, does Walgreen have a Canadian counterpart? Like, would it be comparable to our...

    Really smooth pass

That is an amazing pass...and an amazing idea for how to practice. Metal plates that equal out to the size of a deck of cards (in 5 packets)...very smart. Good find on the video...I haven't seen it in quite some time. I'm impressed every time I see it, though. :)

SNC Roundtable Discussion : Jason England - The Center

The discussion is great (so far)! This is definitely an interesting one for me...as soon as the gambling sleight 1-on-1's hit, I figured it'd be a good idea to get a gambling routine into my repertoire, because I realized I didn't have one, heh...and this roundtable discussion definitely helps...

Well yes, I'm practicing as well. Doing the same effect for my gf over and over...she doesn't look pleased to have to sit through this so many times, haha. She's such a trooper. :)

SNC Roundtable Discussion : Jason England - The Center

Question 3: The 1-on-1's that you've taught (bottom deal, second deal, and center deal) are great sleights, and you've provided some great resource suggestions for where to find more detail about the sleights in those 1-on-1's. However, are there any resources that you would suggest for where to...
