Hmm, that is pretty sucky, especially to have on a deck like that. I've had a whole deck of Bike's like that before (haha, I can laugh at my misfortunes), but never a single card. Odd. o_O

It's because they're releasing something new, so they integrated the SNCs into the normal treasure-hunt process of a new "project" (as T11 likes to call it) release. :)
