Although I cut the seal and leave it on, for those wondering how you can get rid of the stickiness from removing the seal completely: use the sticky part of the seal and rapidly dab the sticky area. The sticky seal will actually remove the stickiness on the box, leaving a nice, clean box for you. :)

Like mentioned, ctrl + click will do a right click for you. Also, two fingers on the touchpad + click will also do the job (which is what I normally do). :)
