The 'enlisted' thing seems to refer to signing up for something, seeing as people are using it as a verb. However, not having found any clues, I don't know what it's all about. If I were to guess, I'd say it's either a promotional contest, or some other thing where the people who "enlisted"...

Reasons for my belief on the video: I'm going based on what I see, and what I've seen of his past work...I'm pretty sure this is the same person that has posted some other videos on another site (maybe even this one?), and they ended up in the same argument (edited vs not), and they were clearly...

So is the first baby I produced...it's already speaking. o_O PS to those who are on the fence about getting this effect: You're often left very dirty at the end, and cleanup is not fun in any way. Just a word of warning.
