It is the best trick on earth. You can learn it from Chris Kenner's book Totally Out of Control, or you can buy the DVD version which will be available here a T11 very soon.
you can but it in the 1on1 section for i think 13 dollars and yes 5 speed is amazing not hard and gets amazing reactions i highly recommend it
Honestly I would buy the book. For 45 bucks you get plenty more amazing tricks. Also, the book teaches a different variation, and you can expand upon the trick itself at your leisure.

I bought this book last year and am still going back to it. This afternoon I started learning 'Menage et Trois' and am having crap loads of fun!
Pfft, Sybil The Trick is (in my opinion) the best trick in the whole book.
But anyway, as mentioned, I would recommend just getting the book. You'll learn this trick and many others (and for cheaper than if you try and buy them one at a time from the 1on1 section. This is an amazing book.
