Awesome application for Angle Zero

Vague description? He told you exactly what gimmick to use, and where to make the corner re-appear. If it was more like "Do you guys think that you could mix Angle Zero with some TK...how so?" then it would be vague, and a damn good thread.

And I wouldn't copy his video, I was speaking hypothetically. Maybe I just wanna see a video so I can be a layman for a couple minutes. But I do agree, maybe posting a video isn't the best for trying to incite creativity, but it does showcase your own a lot better than text does.

If somebody suggests an idea then that's fine but they shouldn't also suggest a possible method?

Your argument seems to be completely incoherrent, it appears to be changing in each post.

I like the idea of this.

I also have a different application for the reveal.
If you at a table doing magic, it's possible that you'll have a drink at the table. - correct?

Why not do angel zero and have the reveal in a solid ice cube?

You could use patter of going back in time and freezing time and whatever.
Just get your patter straight to make sense, ya know?

And obviously, you would have to do this trick quick, or have a lot of ice cubes in your drink.

I don't quite understand why him telling us what he wanted to do is any different from what you say; mixing AZ with TK....

...because that is exactly what he said, just with examples. By throwing his idea out there, now the variations and other other creations can be created and thought up.
No it's not. If it was the same, people would've have shared their ideas already, not just "great idea" and "good job"

It depends what you're trying to do. If you want people to be creative than no. However if you just wanted to post it for the sake of posting it than yeah sure, why the hell not. But what does that accomplish? How does it make this forum better? If you were just looking for people's comments, post it on youtube. If you wanted to have an intelligent discussion, you post something on a forum, but this is not discussing anything.

What if he just wants to throw the idea out there to give people something to play around with? Is this idea going to revolutionize magic? No, it's something fun to think about, nothing more.

What does it accomplish? It might lead to somebody creating a new effect, even if it doesn't why does it matter?

There's many threads that are completely useless, why not make a big fuss about them instead of attacking somebody who was sharing a cool idea.

I don't think you even have an argument any more.

I don't think you even have an argument any more.

And I don't even see the point anymore. I actually feel kinda bad for ruining this thread now.

It's a good idea and a good application illusionist14. Thanks for sharing and my apologies about the arguement.

There goes a saying - Want to hide something, put it in print.

100 people might read an idea, maybe 20 of them will play with it, 5 will do it for a while, 1 will become a master at it and make it their own. (And that's usually ther person who created it in the first place.)

i dont own a m5
but i can only assume it would cause it to attract to your magnet, not push it away

right?

Not necessarily, I mean if you start off with the object fairly close to you, and instead of using your knee, you could strap the M5 on your ankle in your shoe, then by lifting your foot you get a much better range through the table.

hmm
meh

seems pretty situational dependant

what about a cafe or something, small table

will be fairly obvious

unless you gimmick the salt thing and put a magnet in it, so itll repell lol

Even without the M5 this effect could be accomplished. Very cool idea, one that I shal ltry.

I have a few ideas for pumping up the final reveal of AZ, I may share in time...

One of my ideas was to stick the corner to the outside of the window, yes, but rather than 'vanishing and reappearing' it, I apparently 'rub' the corner through the window.
It takes balls and requires misdirection, but it's cool!
