My basic problem is that when I do the curly Q it just springs to the right, instead of making an arc. I'm confused because it says "Hold the hand horizontal to the floor. Gently squeeze and it'll go around the hand" or something like that. It says I should just rest my thumb ontop. Does the thumb do something, or do I tilt the deck down or what?
