Having trouble with fancy band download. I can only hear the audio, the video comes out as a bunch of weird colored stripes across the screen window... help?

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble viewing the video!
First and foremost, make sure that you have - in fact - downloaded the video in full, and extracted the Quicktime file from the .zip folder properly (right click >> unzip / extract). Further, make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime.
