It really depends when the audiences are looking for the move. After a few classic passes I will usally throw a spread pass in to mix it up or a cull is always a nice move.
I do the spread pass, the venus trap control (freaking love it!) and several bluff pass variations, but I mainly use Joshua Jay's. Sometimes an overhand shuffle also.
I'll do a classic/riffle pass if I get the right moment to, but usually not.
