I am thinking about buying "Four" by Aaron Fisher in the 1-On-1 section since it's only $5 and I was just wondering on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hardest. how hard is it to perform? Thanks.

3 Maybe? It's always relevant to skill level, but I reckon a beginner could pull it off 
I was lucky enough to learn it from Aaron at one of his lectures. It's not the most visually astounding and magical thing you're going to learn BUT it is good practice for basic technique including the lost art misdirection. NOT MISDIRECTION!! *gasp* *whispers around the forum*
But yeah, it's not very hard to perform at all.
