You have to understand that The System wasn't filmed in one shot, if I remember correctly one of the bonus videos on the DVD even shows few minutes of Bucks' failed attempts of flourishing. So, I honestly believe the flourishes on The System aren't edited but they were just performed until there was one perfect shot of every one of them. Although the key to Madonnas is speed as someone stated above, you should focus on consistently performing them with consistent speed, and not on performing them super fast with 1% success rate. Remember that they created and practiced their flourishes for who knows how long and being slower than them doesn't mean you're slow, you're just not unnaturaly fast. Oh and, everything is possible with dedication, so if you really wanna perfect your Madonnas, you will.
