Missing Link problem :(

I do not have this download, so I don't know exactly what you are seeing, but I DO have his book with missing link in it. And if the "move" you are talking about is the same move I am thinking of (which it probably is, because it is the only tricky one in the entire trick) then I feel your pain.
It took me many weeks to actually get it "right" for the first time. I may not be of any help, I just want you to know you have my empathy. All I could give as advice is just keep fidling with different "handlings" of the move until your fingers get into the habit of feeling the right touch with it.
