Can't seem to find where the combination to my mystery box is located. What am I missing?

From what I read it is given in clues in the letter

Ok, so I figured out the combo. But does this mean that all the boxes have the same combo??

Uh, my box didn't come with a letter. I'm assuming that the letter isn't inside the box if I'm supposed to use it to find out the combination...
