problem with the wire and paypal

yesterday i buy photo by denis kim btw a really cool utility move i was really happy because now i can use paypal but today i buy kodak opener by alix but i receive the order confirmation email from paypal and theory11 but i haven't receive the video when i press on wacth video now there is just no kodak opener video why ?????

yeah i already contact customer support i just want to let all now this because i don't know if i'm the only one with this problem
