It's Saturday night, and that means it's time for a new Saturday Night Contest. This week's event is the latest in a series of Roundtable Discussions. Each time we do this, we are joined by different artists who host an interview podcast. Who asks the questions? You! You can listen to past recordings in our archive.

This week, our podcast will be hosted by yours truly and theory11's VP of Production (and all around cardistry super-ninja) Andrei Jikh. In tonight's event, you can submit ANY questions you want me or Andrei to answer live during the podcast. Your questions can be about magic, cardistry, our latest releases, upcoming projects - or anything in between. This is a rare opportunity to gain advice and ask questions, so make it count.

Limit THREE questions per member. Questions must be submitted in response to THIS forum thread on or before 11:00pm EST tonight. At that time, our podcast will start recording, and at midnight, we will post the link in this forum thread where you can listen in and hear your questions get answered. We'll get to as many questions as possible.

One random member whose question is asked during the podcast will win 1,000 Elite Member Points, 12 Holiday Contest Tokens, and a brick of our upcoming Animal Kingdom Playing Cards, available this Monday at 11:00am EST.

UPDATE - The podcast has been posted. See the final post and link to listen here.

How do you come up with a whole new cardistry style? At what moment do you say to yourself: Now is the time to invent something new?

What is art for you, and why would you consider cardistry being an art?

Other than being in the magic industry, what else do you do for a living? Or is your life based solely on Magic?

What is your favorite deck of all time? One theory 11 deck and one non theory 11 deck.

When did you know that cardistry was for you? Was there a time where you thought that you couldn't make a living out of this?

This may perhaps be a little too personal, but do you have a girlfriend? Also, what is the Biggest turnoff from a girl?

1. How have events in your life outside of cardistry influenced your work in cardistry?
2. With the new year coming soon, what are going to be your card-related goals or resolutions for the new year?
3. When you practice, is it more of a meditation where you turn your brain off and let your hands go, or is there a lot of concentration on getting every finger movement right when you do is slowly?

What is the most difficult flourish you've ever done?
What is your thought process for creating new flourishes?
Where would you like to see the cardistry scene in five years versus where you think it's headed?

Do you have a flourish that you have envisioned in your mind that you would to create but yet it seems to be almost impossible? If so, can you elaborate on it?

What is your favorite deck of cards?

Do you think flourishing will ever catch up to the magic community?
