For Nick, the same comment that I made to Cringe apply to you:
The problem with doing Shapeshifter as a back change is that, because the pips don't change, the visual discrepancy during is quite obvious. And for this video in particular, your SS covered too much... And don't worry Cringe, he performs it worse than you.
Cringe, your vid was mostly fine, but the right hand during the bluff pass overdid it in my opinion, you covered far too much of the card in a very unnatural grip. You don't need to hide the front edge like that with your fingers, just tilt it downwards a bit more. If you watch W:H's 1-on-1 preview vid of the Bluff Pass, his hand is all along the front edge but it's relaxed and the fingers aren't held too tightly closed.
Also, for both, the entire thing wasn't magical at all, both of you should work on presentations. That wasn't magic, it felt like a layman showing you the 21 card trick with the gusto of a rock.
