I'll explain what is happening in the last one (the "Positioning Stack"). The dealer adds a couple of cards while picking up the rounds, in this case 7 cards are added between the aces. It is a ten handed game, the dealer's partner, the "take off man" sits in seat one, often called the cheat seat because it is easy to run up hands for that position. Anyways, the first two shuffles each add 1 card (making it 9 cards between the aces). The stack is retained, a brief is cut to, and the take off man is immediately dealt pocket aces. Much cleaner than conventional stacking, and is easier when dealing with large numbers of hands. Hope that clears it up.
