Support Issue

  1. Hey Guys and Gals,

    I recently sent a support ticket in (Recently meaning Sep. 3rd) and I have yet to receive a response via e-mail. Wanted to know if there was a area of the site I need to log in to see if I had an answer/response.

  3. I did send the ticket in on the 3rd. Friday. And they say to give them 24 hours. Although...labor day weekend and stuff...
    I was just wondering if I should keep checking my e-mail or if I needed to find it on my account or what.

  4. 24 Business hours buddy. They've been pretty busy lately, but I'm surely they'll get to you ASAP. They should email you back. :)

  6. Hey Jacob,

    Don't worry - our support crew will make sure you are taken care of ASAP! All support tickets are responded to within 12 business hours, but if your ticket came in late in the day on Friday, there is very well a chance it will not be responded to until Monday morning.
