Warning! Cyber Access Code Won’t Work

This has been mentioned before, but I wanted to throw my hat in the ring and warn others that your purchase of Cyber will NOT provide you access to the Cyber app. Every recent review or post about Cyber mentions this, the included access code will not work. It hasn’t worked for years.

The reason I’m making this post is because support is also not responding to support requests either. I’ve submitted 2 support requests and have waited several business days each to no response or acknowledgment of the issue. Also, reviews on the App Store also mention that support has ignored them too, so I’m not alone here.

This is completely unacceptable. It’s one thing to assume it’s some sort of technical issue as the cause (which hasn’t been stated), but it’s a whole other thing to ignore the issue for over 2 years and not release a fix. The only conclusion one can make is that they simply don’t care about the issue and have no plans to resolve it, or even provide responsive support.

For full transparency, I did see others mention their access code not working as well prior to me purchasing it, but Worm responded to those posts reassuring them that support is responsive and will fix the issue. Ummm, no, support is not responsive at all and the underlying issue should be FIXED rather than leave people in the dark for 2 years.

The obvious solution is for them to update the app to allow signing into your Theory11 account and verify your purchase directly rather than relying on a code.

Just wanted to personally chime in here and apologize for the lack of response on our end regarding this issue. Our support team is very responsive (make sure you are emailing support@theory11.com!) and also checking your spam folder in your email as sometimes responses can find their way there instead of your main inbox. This has happened on several occasions, so just want to make sure that this wasn't an issue!

Regarding your code, please email me personally at casey@theory11.com using your theory11 account email address and I will make sure you get a working code ASAP!
