There is one effect I do (And they sold a while back) where you take a mini-rubik's cube, throw it in to the crowd, let them mix it up, get it back, pop it in yer mouth, and pop it out fixed.

The problem is you have to keep a venue like the castle full of new performers every week. Sometimes the good people are actually working. It also doesn't help that they shun people they believe to be too unique or "Won't Work" for their drunk yuppie crowd of guests. I have been there many times...
