    Business Card ideas?

If I get a minute I'll post my buisness cards past and present. You can get 250 for $14 at Staples. Also, heat activated ink is cheap. Frixion pens are your friend.

Who do you think is the best magic teacher today?

Eric Jones is great. I love Greg Wilson and Dan Harlan as well.

The Sacred Riana - Awesome performance ideas!

If you like Dan Sperry he produced a few tricks with Theory 11 in the early days.

    Old Style Spade Court Cards

Where does it sayet that all of the spades were one way? In pictures of Ed Marlo, and Dai Vernon all the cards look the same as they do now. When I want an online looking deck of cards I go here. http://www.homerungames.com/store/playing-cards.html They perfectly restore decks from the past...

    Merlin's Lost Ace Trick

We can't reveal methods here, it's not lying but of course there's more to the trick. PM me if you are confused ;)

    Odyssey?

Well, the gimmick does a lot of the work for you which is nice. There is some work to be done though to keep everything smooth. Ring magic is highly subjective. Different hands work with different rings and different effects. I think that if you bought Odyssey you'd be happy with your purchase.

Help for 52 Shades of Red

Go to the fabric store and experiment with what they have. Super glue works for some parts of the gimmick but I generally use rubber cement for gimmicked cards.

Royal Road to Card Magic Favorites

I use the glide from a biddle grip, I prefer it that way. If your second deal is any good I think that's the way to go with a Dunbury Delusion type trick like design for laughter.

    Versa Switch

I've used a couple switches over the years depending on the routine. Chris Kenner's 4 for 4 switch has been solid. Aaron Fisher has a couple that I've used as well. I prefer the Veeser count for many of my switches.

    Merlin's Lost Ace Trick

I love ace assembleys of all sorts. In my close up show I do 3 back to back (ala John Bannon). They each have good parts and and not so great parts. It's not all that useful but I have probably 8 different versions I can do at the drop of the hat, that's the extent of my obsession! haha If the...

Blue Monarchs, production error or not?

I'm pretty sure that this has to do with the runs that are available to the general public. I could be wrong. It hasn't always been the case but they have removed the double backers from many of their runs to avoid confusion with laymen who buy the decks, and to avoid exposure.

    Waterbend help

If you get your fingers in the right place it will start working on its own. It's tough to see what you are doing wrong without video :( I too prefer audio tutorials. What a fun unique flourish! I kinda wish he would have let Chris Ramsay publish the tutorial for clarity.

A few tips from a veteran when dealing with cards

I have a habit of shifting my debit card into a longitudinal or Tenkai palm every time I'm at the store. I also will "back palm" my phone, or wallet or anything else I can. Everything is a fidget toy to a magician.

An other way to use magic

From a good looking young guy this premise can work. There are a lot of overweight old middle aged guys doing this, it gets creepy really quick. Fun video though!

The Art of Astonishment books are written in a way that you can start at any book. Number 2 is my favorite :)
