Yeah I agree. I was very excited to get this effect and very disappointed as well as embarassed after performing this a few times on the streets. I tryed everything I could to make the gimmick better and practiced a ton, as of now it is in my junk drawer.

Sometimes it's better for you to keep the trick awhile and perform it a ton before releasing it so that it creates a reputation for itself and there will be a lot more anticipation when you decide to release it. Just something I've seen other magicians do...it's definitely worked too.

Yeah, I was gonna say that Dan said in another thread that he was going to be on the second episode. It was still a great episode with some card manipulation thrown in at the end too! My favorite was definitely that. Or Jeff McBride's light performance.

I definitely agree. I think if T11 really tries to stress the importance of practice and performance on the dvds we might be able to save a few tutorials from getting on the web. We'll see how it goes though.

For those of you who weren't watching the world magic awards last night, Dan got an award for his manipulation routine! Just wanted to say good job! I hope volume 3 comes out tonight too.

This book is definitely worth it! Luke has many great presentational ideas as well as a quite a few good tricks that he has put inside. My favorite is the effect Touching On Hoy. This effect could be sold alone for the price of this book. Do not hesitate to get this book. It's worth it...

I would suggest the ambitious card becuase there are so many good jumps, switches, and moves that it's easy to create a smooth and hard hitting routine if you have the moves down and in a good sequence. Suspense and the right presentation with any trick can make it look great. Just practice one...

I agree, all of them have to be the same. There shouldn't be any variation in methods either as far as I'm concerned.

I've had the King Rising for a little over a year and I am still questioning how practical the effect reallly is. Is there anyone who has performed this successfully and often?

I don't know if any of you guys know who Nate Staniforth actually is but I have met him before and he told me that one of his effects would be performed by David Blaine on his special! I was psyched and I just thought he deserved some credit for that effect other than in the credits at the end...

Nate Staniforth does that exact same thing on his 1st dvd! But I eventually figured it out after thinking through it for a long time, it's a very clever and easy method that most people wouldn't consider and option.

Hey guys, I've never bought anything from Luke Jermay before, but I am well-associated with mentalism. Do think that I should get it 3510, or would it be a bit difficult for me if I haven't bought any of his products before?

Hey guys, I was wondering what Luke Jermay's best product out there is. I was thinking of getting 7 deceptions, Skullduggery, or 3510. Do you have any input or advice on what to buy? Thanks, emagician

The big difference I see in T11 though is a higher quality in products, but that isn't really marketing, it's just an observation and opinion.
