Are you sure? Shin's material is usually impromptu and can be done surrounded. Only buy a book if you want to do french kiss on someone who is taller than you. Other than that books are quite useless.

Craig enjoys dancing around questions without answering them directly. The easiest way to recreate the vanish is with a pull, of which there are many. He doesn't do that vanish for the people he's actually performing for in that video though.
